Auckland International Airport Lifts
GlassMasters was approached by Jasmax Architects to help source a coloured film to be applied to the glazing of the new elevator, (left of picture) kerbside, at the Auckland International Terminal. The film needed to match the specific glass colours on the existing elevator. Many sample films were submitted for trial, and ultimately the HP 50 solar film being the best match. GlassMasters then imported the film from the American manufacturer. The application of the film required the use of a high-access scissor lift and mobile scaffold plant and took place at night to minimise any potential passenger distruption.
